Returns Policy
What can I return ?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on Ashadip Public Service Centre.in that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product ,that payment paid to the Govt. department and money receive issued to you. That type products are pan application, Tan application, passport application, G.S.T Payment .any service charges etc.
Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Home service Menu.
What are the return guidelines?
Following are the return guidelines:
1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return. The product detail page on Home service Menu
2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Ashadip policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or Ashadip account (as Ashadip Pay balance).
Return Pick-up
Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and the items, provided there are no shipping restrictions. In case pick-up is not available, Self-Ship option will be automatically selected. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with Ashadip Public Service Centre Policy, once we receive the item(s) or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be.
To ensure successful return pick-up, return the item in original condition with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
Note:
1. Certain couriers might require a return label which can be generated in the Returns Centre
2. A return will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories.
Self-Ship
You can self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities. You will need the following return documentation to initiate return.
1. A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (place it inside the return package);
2. Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the return package); and
3. A return label with Ashadip tracking barcode (paste on the return package).

Note:
If you do not have a printer, you can also hand-write the declaration and return address (generated in the Returns Centre) and use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned. Return shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with www.ashadippsc.co.in refund policy
